Facilities This outstanding stone-built Victorian cottage has a wonderful location on Holy Island overlooking St Mary's Church, Lindisfarne Priory and the sea. Wild Duck Cottage has undergone recent refurbishment with fittings and furnishings of a very high standard. The cottage provides all modern comforts combined while retaining the charm of a traditionally built cottage. The cottage is centrally located in the village of Holy Island, close to all amenities.
 
Ground floor: Large living room with open fire, Freeview digital TV with DVD player. Sun room with furniture overlooking the garden and sea (double glazed and CH, can be used throughout the year). Dining room with original wood floor and old dresser. Kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Utility with washing machine leading to back door and garden. Shower room with walk-in shower, whb, WC.
 
First Floor: Bedroom 1:'Zip and link' beds that can be used as a superkingsize bed or twin beds. Ensuite bathroom with large bath, overbath shower, whb and WC. Sea views. Foldaway bed suitable for 5th person.
