A stylish, comfortable, house, built in 2000 and tucked away in a tranquil,
private road offering off street parking and a pleasant garden for visitors
to enjoy. Gordon and Dorothy Davies, and Zac the golden retriever,
would like to invite you to visit their home.

Details

Double bedroom: with king sized bed, ensuite bathroom with bath, over-bath electric shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Ground floor suite: comprising standard double sized bedroom, ensuite shower room with wash hand basin and WC and conservatory sitting room.

Both rooms have:

	Full central heating
	Tea and coffee making facilities
	Hairdryer
	Heated towel rail
	Flat screen digital TV with DVD player
	There is a library of both DVDs and books available for our guests.

Unfortunately, we do not have facilities to cater for children or animals. We operate a strict no smoking policy.

We pride ourselves on offering a good quality, substantial breakfast, with organic, Fair Trade and locally-sourced food whenever possible.

Breakfast includes:

Cereal/Fresh fruit/fruit compote/Yoghurt/
Fruit juice
Toast/Jams and marmalades
Eggs: boiled, scrambled, poached or fried.
A full English breakfast, selected from: bacon, sausage, egg, tomato, mushrooms
Selection of teas and coffee

Rates

1 night only: £80.00 per room
3 nights or more: £75.00 per room per night

For the period 1 November to 28 February, (excluding Christmas, New Year and February half term) there is a 10% reduction for 2 nights or more.

Room rates includes breakfast.
Single occupancy discount £10 per night.
Weekend bookings during high season are a minimum of 2 nights.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking.
